If i get two credit cards where I use one for all my purchases, can I use the other one to pay the bill of my first one so I can suspend my payment for an extra month?

Yes you can. What you will be doing is transferring the balance. You may get a grace period without interest. You will be better off in the long-run to reduce the credit card debt. The interest you pay on such debt is not deductible and you can not usually earn a better return on an investment that exceeds the interest you are paying.

Either do a balance transfer, or get a cash advance from the 2nd credit card and use the money to pay the 1st card's bill.

No you can't use a credti card to pay another credit card. You can do a transfer of debt to the other credit card which is almost the same but credit companies are just..playing [?]
I don't recommend using credit cards to pay off other debts, this will never take your debt away. Interest..blah..blah...you know it :)

yes... you can get a free balance transer from on CC to another. People do it all the time.
Like buy something on Amex, earn the points and get free double warranty, then use another credit card to pay off with a balance trasfer check, low interest and no fee transfer.

paying off credit cards with other credits cards only means you's gonna **** it all up for yourself later on in life.
