There are many places in the Bible where "law" is discussed. Try reading these verses to find what you're looking for:
Matthew 5:17-20, 5:43-48, 7:12, and 22:40
Romans 3:21, 4:13-15, 6:14-15, 7:22, 8:7, and 13:8-10
Galatians 5:1-15 and 5:18
James 1:25
1 John 3:4
Psalm 119
It's a lot of reading, but an important discovery about law. By the way, not everyone can memorize all the scripture in the Bible. I know what's there, but can't often remember where - and I have read and studied the Bible a LONG time.

Matthew 22:21 - "...Then he said to them, 'Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's.'"
I believe this verse to mean we are to follow the laws and rules of our government and society. God wants us to live in peace and not anti-government. Certainly we can oppose laws and leaders that are unjust, but doing it in the proper way. Thankfully we live in a democratic society were we can vote and make a difference in our government.

I realize that the other answerers are thinking of "render to Cesar the things that are Caesar's" from Mark 12:17, but it sounds to me like you're looking for this verse, Hebrews 13:17
Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

Mat 22:21 They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

well, Jesus said to 'give to Caesar what is Caesars and give to me what is mine' which is in essence saying to follow Caesar's laws (law of the land) simply because he's in earthly authority
