Im not sure where you are from but I live in Bristish Columbia, Canada and in the interior of BC is the Okanagan....it is beautiful and we have a coulple world renowned ski hills. Also, Vancouver is the home of the 2010 Olympics...you could be watching that one day and say ....hey, Ive been there!

You could get a tempory job for that period.... But not....
Take a driving trip thru Mexico thru central america down the west coast of South America the up the East Coast... Just be cautious in Columbia I here its a bit intense there at times...

Depends on your age and how much money you have to spend. Cape Town South Africa is lovely then, or the Western Cape of South Africa. Hawaii out of the tourist season.
Late winter skiing in the Canadian or American Rockies .

It depends how much money you have. Personally i would do a Mediterranean cruise or go to Jordan because it is not tourists season and it is not as hot.
