Hi. My name is Tiffany, I am in medical school, about to graduate and we have spent lots of time on this subject. The answer is no. Not alone. To get the results that you want you have to not only change what you eat, but your lifestyle. You have to commit to losing the weight. You must eat a healthy diet and exercise. All the pills do is give you the energy to stay on your routine. If you don't want to introduce the chemicals that the pills can contain, then make yourself a protein shake in the morning, every morning. This will give you just as much energy. Also, use a once a day vitamin to make sure you are getting enough of the minerals that you need to stay healthy. If you still feel a little lost and need extra help choosing the right protein shake mix and vitamins, go to your local GNC store and ask the clerk, they are trained to know what people need. Check the Gyms for advice on what exercises you need for you problem areas as well.
Hope I helped, Tiffany.

I personally would not try any of these products. I think that companies are out to make a profit and many of these pills have side effects or don't work at all. I wouldn't risk it- remember Ephedra that was found to cause a rapid heartbeat and other dangerous symptoms. Even if you do lose weight using one of these methods, your health will likely be at risk. The only safe, natural way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. Weight Watchers provides an appropriate, healthy plan to achieve gradual weight loss. Don't expect to lose more than a pound or two per week- if you're losing more it's likely water weight.

Cardio is what will speed up your metabolism. Also, did you know that they pay a very fit person to model and then gain the weight to show the before and after. So it is actually backwards. The people do it for the money and they know how to lose the weight fast because they use trainers. So the advertising for the products are deceptive.

Don't do it! All those pills contain are various forms of stimulants...caffeine, ma huang, etc. They do tend to make you lose your appetite. They also tend to make you stay awake shaking all night. Any beneficial effects wear off quickly.

Generally, the difference in weight loss between someone on diet pills and someone NOT on diet pills is about half a pound. Definitely not worth the side effects of taking stimulants (shaking, racing heart, irritation).

Also, all these pills contain the same short list of ingredients. There are only a few things they can legally include. If any of them were effective EVERYONE would be on them and no one would be overweight.

All they do to promote weight loss is make you hyper...they don't do anything to your metabolism, don't change your body composition, don't contain hormones (as some are now suggesting in misleading ads).

Hi
I would not know about magic potions or pills but try this simple plan it really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

It relies upon on which denomination of Christianity you save on with - some are somewhat stricter than others on the subject, in spite of the shown fact that they frequently agree that it particularly is a foul ingredient. in case you experience which you are going to be able to desire to start experimenting with 'magic' stuff then a minimum of start up with issues that have a Christian base - donning religious amulets like a St Christopher medallion, examining up on Christian rituals of secure practices, sorting out approximately relics, holy oils, etc. do no longer in elementary terms grab the 1st 'New Age' e book which you notice or start up attempting to do spells you have seen on the cyber web. Unskilled dabbling has a tendency to be a foul thought and could no longer somewhat gain lots. i'm no longer asserting which you would be possessed or something like that, yet you already sound somewhat uncertain approximately what direction your going and this might make you much extra perplexed approximately issues.

green tea speeds metabolism, along with tons of other benefits. I drink 3-4 cups a day along with my diet(weight watchers is the way to go!!!!!!) It's much more natural than most of the pills. You can find green tea pills, if you just can't stand tea. EGCG is the main working nutrient in green tea that can be found in supplements.
