I make my own now as Bryers has gone to adding bean gum. Bean gum is made by adding bleach to the bean pods and soaking them till they are slimy and gummy. That gummy slop is used to "stabilize" your ice cream. Keeps it from melting quickly so they can extend the "sell by" date as it does not freeze and thaw easily in the store. Greed. And they call this bleached out gum "all natural". I can't find any ice cream in the store without some kind of bean gum in it and then they call themselves "premium" ice cream. I call them slimy and disgusting.
