i was wondering if there is a form for getting illegals the right to work here on visas or something legally

Yes you can. I do know that you can but it has to be the owner of the company. Im not sure what form # you will need however you can call 1-800-870-3676 it will take some time to speak to a operator monday is the busiest day but when u do get someone ask every question you have its a pain to call back again and again. Ask what forms, whats the fees, WHERE to mail the forms (depends on your location) . If i remember you have to show proof that you have some where for them to live also. Just call and they will explain everything

not right now... currently if you are here illegially, you need to leave the country and re-entry legally to get legal work documents or get them in your country of origin.... unless you slip through the cracks... generally you will not be granted work visas, or permits if you are out of status/illegal
