.I have had eggs for months and they are still good. Some say best used before or sell by xx/xx/xx Even RX drugs have a lot longer shelf life then what is on the bottle.

Most and I do mean most of the times you can tell when food is bad. Even in those case the worse that can happen is you will get a good/bad case of diarrhea and sometimes that could be a good thing. As all doctors say "you(everyone) are full of s*h*i*t" literally LOL
In your case those eggs are just fine. Eat them with no fear.

I wouldn't advise that.
Instead I would make a batch of scambled eggs, divide into several servings, freeze. Then you have a ready to go breakfast.
just pop in microwave

sure...
they should be fine.
pickle them in water, white vinegar, and pickling salt or sea salt
can't tell you the ratio because I don't know how many eggs you have.
put them in the fridge and actually don't open them for a few weeks thats when they taste the best.

Yes you can and should so the eggs wont have to be thrown away. I have personally tried this recipe and it is very good. I did not use the cloves , I think they would overpower the dish!
