See he goes to my school. And we talk on the regular basis in class. Most of the time its non-stop conversing going on. So I think our personalities match significantly. He keeps slidng me little hints I believe by like for instance...he was talking about how he was going to start working out more and what not and he put my hand on his chest and made is peck bounce...lol..yeah weird right? then he keeps bringing in more little hints by saying his lips are soft and hes a good kisser and everything. I think these things are obviously hinting he has something going on for me but I dont want to try and get involved and be totally wrong. Can some one give me some insight..What the heck is this guy trying to say?

Girl, I think its obvious: He's getting ready for you! I think he likes you as well and you're in good hands. You should also start showing him you're "little signs" that you like him, and sort of let him know you like what you see. When you're comfortable, ask him out! Good luck!!! He is either totally into you or your best friend, but don't make her your enemy because she might not feel the same way. I believe that he is really into you and he wants the relationship to progress really quickly. You need to be prepared if he is telling you his lips are soft because it probably means he wants to make out with you. Or it could mean that he wants you to tell his friend that he has soft lips because he is to shy to tell her. Either way you make the next move.
PS I believe that he likes you.

He is definitely flirting with you, trying to show you how strong he is, and how great his lips are. You should keep him on the string like this. As soon as you tell him how much you like him, he WILL act different. But yea, make a move, and be subtle. He does like you a lot.
