There aren't any magic pills...The only way to get thin is: Eat in moderation. Eat smaller portions earlier in the day, stop eating at least 3 hours before bedtime. Eat lots of fruits, proteins,vegetables, stay away from a lot of starches. Exercise at least 4-5 times a week, breaking a sweat. That's it....there's your recipe, now all you have to do is be dedicated and stick to it. Good luck.

Don't listen to the first two idiots!
It depends on what your height is and how much you weigh. I would exercise 4 or 5 times a week for about an hour in the morning and at night. That's what I do. The exercises I do are 200 crunches, 3 mile bike ride, and 300 lunges. These also do tone you a lot and will add muscle. Sometimes I run in place but don't do that because it'll hurt your ankles a lot. I read today that spinning can also help.

Depends how much weight you need to get rid of... I just did Jenny Craig and lost 25lbs. It was easy and the food is good...
besides eating less and healthy you need to exercise at least 3 or 4 times a week, drink water, ... You have to love yourself too, think about that your body is important and you don't want to grow old overweight and unhealthy... there are SO many diets out you have to do some research and the one that goes with your lifestyle, dont try to change all your life around a diet, that, does NOT work! good luck

This is the equation....less calories + more activity = weight loss.
You don't have to go to extremes, though. Do some research and be sensible. Exercise does not have to mean joining a gym...
go for a walk, do exercise DVDs, rollerskate, swim, take the stairs instead of the elevator.
