Of course not! Condoms are only 97% effective and that's for the main parts included in intercourse. Sexual diseases aren't just on the inside of a girl or just on the penis of the guy - they're also on the general area of the genitals. And with birth control - the condom can rip at any time or slip off and stay inside the girl when the guy pulls out, which means the semen can still get on the girl on the outside and if she's still wet, it can swim back up in her and get her pregnant. Like everyone else said, the only thing that's 100% is abstinence.

Condoms are never 100% effective. To be sure you wont get pregnant use birth control.Be careful though because you dont want to become pregnant if your not ready.

They are like 99% effective when used properly. Only abstinence is 100% effective. Sorry to sound like your high school counselor, but that the truth (read the box).

No way. They can be used improperly, be defective, or break during use. Only abstinence is 100% effective for preventing pregnancy AND STDs, but what fun is that??? They are however the best alternative.

There is no 100% effective protection. Used correctly, they are pretty safe, but not 100%.

Condoms are only 99% effective.
That means 1 in 100 times you afre going to get caught one way or the other. They are much safer in preventing disease than the Pill though.

No...they can always break. Buying quality condoms gives you more than a 98% chance though.
