Well you have prolly fried you're hair and start off by buying a really good quality intensive conditioner- on the ones you leave on for like 3 minutes- and use it as youre regular conditioner intill your hair starts to feel supple again and also use in a leave in conditioner that should work xXx

Change your pillow case to a silk or satin case. The fabric will create less frizz on your hair. Or you can always wear a head scarf when you go to sleep.

try bedhead products and biosilk. use the bedhead when your hair is damp and the biosilk when its dry dont comb your hair try to detangle it when it's wet with your fingers. and for the shower use that garnie fruities (something like that, cant spell it sorry) dont use the two in one make sure you have a separate shampoo and conditionar. also once a week deep condition your hair with pantene pro-v deep condtioning leave in for 5 min in shower after shampoo.

one other good thing is you need to let your natural oils come out of your hair so for the first couple of weeks only wash your hair ever other day.

If you have virgin coconut oil at home, you can use this. Put it on hair and leave it for at least 30 minutes (You can do this at least 3x a day). Then rinse it off using your shampoo. The VCO can act as your hair lengthener and as your conditioner. :) Goodluck! :) (Refer to my avatar to see how well VCO works =P)

Hi,
this sounds odd, but have you tried extra virgin olive oil??
just get a little in your hands and distribute through hair, only a bit though, it works for everyone I've told......so far.
