Mid means Half way through something Don't get to attached to them I am 60 and have not started my mid life yet but 39 feels the same as any other age it is what you make of it.

I seriously doubt if they're going through a mid life crisis. You don't reach mid life until you're at least in your late 40's-50's.
What they are probably experiencing is the realization that they are finally growing up and don't want or know how to deal with it.

Horrible. I am 33 and still suffering from the moment I turned 30. I think I will never get over it unless I turn 40 fast.

I am 28, and i am going tru something like that, I think its.. leaving the pre-adult time, where you party a lot. going out, meet friends... to enter the "real" adult time where.. its baby, kids, car, house, etc..
Knowing you wont get to party much if you have kids and stuff like that...
