Just for the heck of it, what do you think would happen if Christians were ordered to keep their noses out of other people's business?
Is there any scripture that might already reflect this, and, if so, what scripture is it and how often is it followed on average?

Well, just as I suspected....crude, nasty answers from the chosen ones....

EGYPTSPRINCE & ALWAYSLAUGHING:
Because it's MY question!

CANADIAN LADY:
Who added anything to the bible? Because I didn't type in the word "hypothetical" doesn't mean I'm making any attempt to "add" anything....geez....

USAINTHALFCRAP:
Who's judging whom?
This is only a question.

YEPPERS:
No....not stereotyping at all. I think you just relate so much to the question at hand, and how DARE you say satan is working through me, you hypocrite!

BLACKSCYTHE16:
Thanks for showing your true judgmental Godliness....calling me perverse because I ask this question, which has nothing to do with perversity.

It would throw them off to be sure, but eventually they would find a loop hole. "Thou shalt not kill" lasted until the death penalty became vogue. Peace.

Theoretical argument combined with perversity! Oh my, I just found someone with more absurd ideas than my cousin Joe. Congratulations. Tell me, what do you consider minding your own business? A commandment like that would never appear, so, therefore, this is nigh impossible to answer. I'm not going to write an essay on a theoretical history of the world, simply because you're feeling jaded.

It would go against all their teachings.

This is a response to a question I asked yesterday,it makes clear that extremist Christians want us all to be like them and wish to impose their values on us

I dont' know about you getting off the computer, but tollerance of a sinful lifestyle is the same as acceptance and support of that, and a Christian can not be tolerant of that if they are a Christian.

If A person who calles themself a Christian and is tolerant of a sinful lifestyle, it is no different for them if they choose that lifestyle for themselves just because they are in support of it. Afraid to hurt their feelings if they show intolerance of it.

God says this..

Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

You are not a Christian if you are tolerant of sin.

I don't see Muslims post anything as intolerant as that here! Maybee you should look at yourself before judging others.

Trollop boi,

I'm sure you're only worried that we are all concerned about your slutting around lifestyle. LOL Just kidding....

I can safely say, using my powers of deep reasoning all Christians
would be cast into a fiery pit, because they are unable to
realize that they are indeed judging, and so will be judged
on the final day. They are lead to believe that thay have the
obligation to get into your BVD's.....

So as Sophie Tucker would say "kcuf 'em if they can't take a joke"

Well, that's a good question, but Jesus told us to reach the lost - to preach His gospel to everybody, because God loves us so much that even though we deserve the penalty of hell, He doesn't want anybody to go there, so He sent Jesus to pay the penalty for OUR crimes against God (i.e. sins), so when we turn to Him and repent of our sins, He could forgive us and prepare us to become residents of heaven. But if we reject Jesus (Jesus said "I am the door" and "I am the way", then there is no hope for that individual. It is the Christian's responsibility to do his or her best to share God's love with a sick and dying world, because "God doesn't want anyone to perish, but that all should come to repentance", but not all are willing to give up their sinful life styles.

The 11th commandment is "go forth and make disciples of all men" this means that "thou shalt mind everyones business"

There already is such a scripture, where Jesus talks about pointing out splinters in your brother's eye when there is a log in your own.

They just ignore that one for the most part.

The answer would be...Doing the first 10 commandments.
Also, 1 Thessalonians 4:11 And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you. Please take time to read the before and after verses.

We have a commandment to love one another, as Jesus loves us...
And we have a commission to go and make disciples...
I don't think there is one that says "thou shalt mind thine own business", though...
Should I have a word with the Boss about it for you?

Yes... in a way there is a scripture that says don't cast your pearls before swine...

Why try and help those who are so filled with hate that they refuse to see the truths of God.
