i'm 13, he's 15. okay, we starting going out june 21 2006 and we had a great tiem talking to eachother, and he's soooo special to me and i dont want him to loose interest and break up with me, nor do i want to break up with him.
well, i never got to see him during the summer because we were REEEAALLY busy. he cant talk on the phone, because he just moved to this area and he doesnt have a phone. i cant really see him in public outside of school for 2 reasons:
1. i'm technically not allowed to have a b/f yet
2. i cant really contact him anymore :*(
okay, so anyways, he's really shy in public and wont talk to me, and i want to make him more comfortable, but i dont know how without being able to talk to him...also he cant really talk to me online anymore because his computer is messed up!!! so the only time i see him is in school. we havent hugged or kissed or anything yet, because its only the 2nd time ive seen him..i want to though...

You can't ask for advise and say "please don't tell me to dump him". Because that will be the advise of some of the commenters here.
My suggestion is be his friend, not his girlfriend, but his friend.

Well, why not arrange to go to the same place separately and then meet there? For example, you each go to the movie theater separately on the same day at the same time and watch a movie together. Ask him at school.

U R 13!!! Boys will come and go, take care of yourself, anyway sounds like a very safe relationship, that is the best kind to have.

Don't worry about it so much. Play it cool and he'll be there at the right time. Becouse if you go after him he'll lose interest. Besides your so young, and many many more will come. Your life is only going to get better.

go places together just as friends...mayb walk home..or go to the mall...or see a movie...maybe that way u guys'll get closer ;]
