Well, we do know that Christianity does not give a woman rights even over her own body. We do know that the divorce rate is high and is initiated my women much of the time due to very bad husbands. We do know that whole 50 50 split thing during divorce is not christian. We do know that widows not being raped by their brothers in law to produce boys is in the bible, but is not being carried out. We do know that a father will be jailed for committing incest with his daughter, but the bible allows it. We do know that a girl can not be married until she is 18, but the bible says as soon as she has her period. We do know that when killing of innocent babies happens many feel sadness, but the bible glorifies "smashing they suckling infants on the rocks".
I think the American style of religious freedom is the worst thing for christianity because it protects women and children and does not allow all of the above wrongdoings. If this country were to start folllowing the bible, I'd be moving across the world to get away from being put to death for thinking on my own and being told that because I uncontrollably thought something I havesinned and must die.

Of course everyone should be aloud to believe whatever they want! This country is based on freedom, first and foremost, and taking away the right to freedom of religion would be the worst thing you could do.

America was founded on christian principles. Christianity is not supposed to force their religion on others. Christianity is a very tolerant religion.

Well almost anything will create controversy these days but as I am a Christian I think it's good to have freedom of choice of your own religion. God gives us freewill so who are we to make you choose our religion. That's how I feel

Religious freedom is a great thing, and i am lucky to live in a country that has it. If there was no religious freedom, and people were forced to be christians, i believe our country would suck.

The alternative having already been tried and found severely wanting, I say that it is a good thing. Whether good for Christianity or not.

Christianity can not be forced upon someone. Most people reject things that are forced upon them. Being a christian has to come from your heart. Only you an God know if you are true are not.

People should be allowed to practice whatever religion they want. Christianity, in itself, is so fragmented that many denominations or sects can't see eye to eye.

hahaha I think they are going to tell you that it is nuetral, but in this reality it is not. Christians just think that they are right. Well I guess all people think that they are right to an extent. I just think that religion closes doors rather than opens them.
