There isn't really a "normal age," and it does vary from country to country. In fact it even varies from state to state, maybe even from one neighborhood to another. Overall in the USA, I'd say probably in the late teens would be the most normal, since it's the time when people get out of the house a lot (especially when they or their friends start having their driver's licenses so teens can get together easily). High school time is also the experimental dating stage (whereas in college and young adult life, relationships can be more serious), so it's very likely that 15-18 year olds feel like trying out oral sex, and eventually genital sex, rather than thinking about mature ideas of relationship (like living together with your partner).
Also think about the ages of girls compared to guys... usually the male in a straight couple is a few years older than the girl, rather than the other way around. Thus, some guys I know usually start having sex around age 17-23, while some of the girls I know have started earlier (14-16) with slightly older boyfriends.
Finally, consider that girls (especially conservative girls) who attend all-female schools generally don't have that many male friends. Some of my female friends who went to such schools would tell me things like "I don't know how to act around guys," or "I probably won't even have a boyfriend until college." Thus for them, it's normal to not lose their virginity until they reach college or sometime after. I'm not sure about guys who attend all-male schools, but it might have the same condition.
As you can see, "normal" varies a lot. Losing one's virginity shouldn't be such a big deal anyway, since according to college health fairs, most people aren't even that sexually nor emotionally satisfied with their first experience. Movies and stories merely make that first sex experience seem incredible, when really it's not always that way.

I was 26 after my first marriage where we did not do it. It messed me up bad.
The young lady who realized my need took me for me and helped me get straight in my head.
Soon after that night, i was remarried. I am thankful she saw my need and helped me. I saw her many years ago and we knew we had shared a really good connection. She gave me a hug and it was like I knew her forever. Love can make a difference.
Normal does not cut it here. It's truly best to wait until your married and into your 20's. There is a special bond that you will always have with the one you've had it first. To have that bond reunited over and over would truly be special. In our culture it is extremely hard. People miss the beauty of it and endure many heartaches because of jumping the gun.
She did it with me for a special reason. It helped me get unstuck from the dark place I was in. To her, I am thankful, and yet to be with her would be much better.

I don't think there is really a 'normal' age to lose your virginity, everyone matures at different ages, so you can't go by what everybody else says, it's by how you feel.

Statistically speaking, I'm sure it's somewhere in your teens.
Everyone decides at a different age when they want to lose their virginity.
In all, if you haven't had sex yet and you're thinking about it .. please wait until you feel it's right. Don't do it because everyone else has and you feel like you're the only one that hasn't.

When you are mature enough to buy forms of birth control and be responsible for everything that goes along with sex if you are not careful, such as babies and std's. That's when you should loose your virginity.

Depends in what country. 11-13 is normal in the Middle East - they get married at that age. But is it really normal?
