Seriuosly, why do they do this?!! Maybe so the shitheads can find their vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot? And in Mexico, I think its a way of registering the donkey with the department of transportation, Because I've never seen a license plate screwed to the rear of a donkey......

Yes there are Donkeys in Mexico. You don't see them because they are in the back rooms of the bars where they do the Donkey show just ask Pancha and Golosa.
