What are the optimal settings for a Dell 42" Plasma TV?

I have the dell 42" W4201C model plasma tv. I want to get the best possible picture. What are the settings I should set on color, tint, brightness, etc.....

Well, the real answer is probably "whatever looks best to you." There are DVD's out there (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00005PJ70/ http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BF0DH4/ , for example) that help one calibrate one's AV setup to "ideal" settings.
