We have them here and Canada and they are really popular. They are also really good. A friend of mind who now live in the USA was telling how she miss Ketchup Chips made by lays cause they dont have them where she live now. Why I asked this question.

Herr's makes them along w/ many other unusual flavors (My fave is the dill pickle ones!) They're easy to find in Manhattan.
Lays makes them too, but I've never seen them.

Yes we do. Heinz makes them. I can run 2 the corner store and get some right now.

Michigan stores carry them, I have never tried them.
