I mean, PISSED you off to the point you wont talk to her (its been a week) and you wrote her a goodbye letter? We have been together for a year or so and until i pissed him off he was passionately in love with me! what do I do?

It depends on what you did to piss him off...
Trust me, I pissed my girlfriend off too... she won't talk to me either... I'm sending her the goodbye letter tonite...
Make a list of his good traits, and bad traits... see if the good outweight the bad, or the bad outweigh the good...
Ask your best friend to describe him HONESTLY to you... see if you like what you hear...
Make an informed and rational decision. Use logic, and not emotion.
Make the choice to either try to chase him and apologize to him, or drop his ***...
Actually, drop his ***... I'm single again... you are too...

I got two ideas for you. First, If he cools down ask him to talk with you and listen. Do not defend yourself or it will be truly over. Ask him if he wants you to reply and if he does ask him that you would really like to think about it what he said because it's so important to you how he feels and thinks. If he does not want a reply then let him go for awhile and try again with an apology.
Your relationship in most cases can be saved. He needs respect give it to him and you will not regret it!!!
Although if he is looking for a way out, you just gave it to him. Count your losses and heal before moving on.
Relationships are not easy but true love is worth the time and effort for it to make it.

just stop for a few days, let him breath. and then get him enticed. get a friend to talk to him and bring him somewhere and bump into him. i dont know, but if you dont try to let it blew over, you may be giving a bl w job to another guy in spite. keep him aware that you know you F*ckt up, and be honest and real about it. not not just say that you are sorry, make the appology heart felt. best fo wishes, love.

Even if it was your fault, he should at least make an effort and put everything aside to talk with you.I mean if he really loves you he could still be mad but that doesn't mean he can't call you at all. That shows you how much he really cares for you
