Take it outside (the mat) and hose it off. Then put it in the washing machine with some detergent on cold water on the permanent press cycle. When it's through washing, if all trace of a stain is gone you can dry it on low. If there's still a stain, don't dry it in the dryer or it will never come out. Also, if there's still a stain come back and ask how to get it out, because I don't know what to tell you to do about that. Hope this helps!
