its a nervous twitch. not much you can do, just try to relax. and if you are not nervous, you might be nervous about someone, some event, anything.
just try to relax and it will go away.

Don't know how to stop it but....

In Hindu culture (a friend of mine), if a male's right eye is twitching... it's good luck. If it's the left... bad luck. It's the other way around for females (right = bad, left = good)

If it has come on suddenly. Sorry to say, but this is caused by nerves and stress. It will go away in a few months. It is annoying. Have you been stressed at all?

Sleep it over with a Calmpose or Lorazipam and perhaps you will be OK. Avoid too much tea or coffee.

I get that probably once every 1-2 months. It is usually stress, so it just has to go away on its own.
