Are you sure its an N, and not a Z? the 375 is probably the size (375 mg). It could be a zanack (sp?)

If so, it is Naprelan ER, 375 mgs. It's an extended relase tablet of Naproxen, an anti-inflammatory medication-- the same medicine that's in Aleve.
