if I walk in my city/village(50 000 people) I see loads of 'retarted' people, people who don't like to work and who don't work much either, who are mostly involved in somekind of criminal things, who don't have respect for other people, talk in a way you need a translator to understand them, am I arrogant if I feel myself better then them? i'm probably a little bit richer, because off my parents, but I mean the people I mean hang around in my town in 'gangs', aren't well educated and will probably end later in jail or will be at home without a job. they have bad friends when they are young and end up later as criminals, I feel myself better then them, because I'm smarter, (richer, not rich, but I have everything I need), I'm better behaved and I'm much more politer then them, do you think it's arrogant then think like this? I'm just an ordinary person who is polite to people and can't stand the sight off such people who haven't good manners....

with 'retarted' I was looking for another word but I didn't know one that's why it is 'retarted' with ''

and money has everything to do with it, I don't know people who have a lot of money and worked for it who have bad manners and aren't polite
I THINK this way, I don't say it, somethings I pitty them but if they do something wrong, like vandalism....

i'm not saying that richer people are always politer, some are indd extremely arrogant, but I mean people who grew up 'poor' and had to work for their money, I mean such people not people who won money and just got it......and with smarter I mean, that they just do stupid things, vandalism etc. I mean am I arrogant if I feel better then THEM, not just poor people, those people I just described

You should not think yourself better than anyone. Your grammar is terrible! Should I look down on you? We are all raised differently, and we all have our gifts. We all make mistakes, as well. If you are not making your own money, you are penniless! What your parents have is not your own. Likewise, one who is penniless can be rich in spirit. You are not humble, and have many problems of your own. If you are so rich, it would be wise to invest in an education, or else someone might judge you and think you "retarted"!

Yes and you are judgemental. Sure there are people who are in gangs but that is a choice they make. You do not know if you are really smarter than the people you see. You are just making an assumption you are just because you think you are better. I know some very intelligent people who just hang out with people who you would call "not the best crowd", but those people are their friends. And why do you keep repeating your financial stability, and it isnt even your financial stability it is your parent's. Financial stability in no way assures intelligence and keeping someone from being a criminal. Personally, I grew up poor and my family has some of the smartest people I'll ever know. My brother and sister both got over 30 on their ACT and now go to U. of Michigan and Michigan Tech. This isnt too polite of you to say such things and this definately does not show good manners. I went to school with many rich people and they were arrogant and they seemed to get into more trouble than the people who didnt have it as good as they did. So lay off. I don't think one person is better than the next, maybe you should try to follow that mentality. I may not be rich or the smartest person, but I am probably the nicest person one could meet.

Yes you are arrogant! Do you even know "why" they chose to be in the gangs? if you were in their situation, I don't think you would talk 'bout them like that.
And being rich doesn't imply anything else than havin money! your parents can afford good education for you, but it doesn't necessarily means you are smart! oh and talkin 'bout manners, it depends on parents, not on the money they have. Parents do teach that to their children, not their money! K?
and actually, you're not being nice talkin' about them as retarded when they not around! Try to tell'em in face coward!

Having money has nothing to do with good manners, ok ?...
It's what you are taught. I know alot of people with "money" who
are extremely rude, and yes, arrogant. I refuse to have anything
to do with stupid people like that. And many "poor" people have
really nice manners. So, it's not that. You need to eat some
HUMBLE PIE,.....

I see your points. I don't like the use of the word retarted though.
You hang out with these people because it does make you feel superior and better. So you are aggrogant for deliberately socializing with people you know will make you feel superior and you trash, bash and make fun of to make yourself better.

Don't worry, I feel exactly the same sometimes. And I don't think of it as arrogance. I think of it as an honest acknowledgment towards yourself and others. Sure, I can feel a slight tinge of guilt, but nothing more. It's okay to realize that you may be a little more of this and that than others. As long as you don't go overboard with disrespect, what harm is there in seeing these things?

Thinking that is all right, because a lot of people do. But never act higher thatn them, or condescending, or talk about it, then it's fine. You shouldn't feel arrogant for just THINKING something. You can't keep yourself form thinking things.
