My opinion is if and when you see him your heart will tell you how you feel. And after seeing him if you feel that you should still move on it'll be one step you won't have to hesitate in making because you will have a clear concious and it's better to know that at least you didn't end up hating him or something.

NO! dont go back to him..espeacialy if the breakup was bad...if your moving on that is good...you dont want to just push away all that you gained moving on and put yourself back in a bad relationship again...you guys broke up for a reason and being together again will only give you the same fate unless things have really changed between you both...it wont be good closure and it will only bring back those memories and feelings from back then...but do what you will...good luck!

Frankly Andrea only you can answer that question. However, I think some closure is necessary (assuming you two were together for a while...). Speaking from the perspective of a guy, I can honestly say I wish my ex and I had just one last long conversation and hug before we finally parted ways. Perhaps it may bring you two to realize that you really want to be with one another or maybe it will show you just the opposite. Whatever it does, I don't think it will hurt you from moving on.

Nope, breaking up is all the closure you need. You need to move on. Seeing him again will definitely set you back because if you think about it, getting together with him does absolutely nothing for you.

I would see him as he is leaving for the army. But whether or not it will set you back or help you get closure, you won't know until you see him.
Only you can answer that. If you don't see him, will you regret it or be happy with that decison? Think about it and do what your heart says.............

No it is not a good idea. He's just looking for one last f*ck. Don't do it. You're doing so well with the moving on process. Don't mess it up now on some jerk.

If you really feel it is important to 'get together' with him before he leaves, keep it VERY impersonal. You can not save him. Don't try to.
He is moving on too and that's a good thing.
