people say breakfast is the main meal of the day! and i don't want to miss my main meal day. I am taking a yoga class to keep my body flexible and relaxed and i want to keep strees away from me. I have yoga right in the moring at 8:10 and my yoga teacher said not to eat anything before that class, I have 2 1/2 hour lecture ten min after my lecture and i don't time to get something from the cafeteria, then i have another i have another lecture after the first one and my day is over at 1:30 what should I do???????????
