people say breakfast is the main meal of the day! and i don't want to miss my main meal day. I am taking a yoga class to keep my body flexible and relaxed and i want to keep strees away from me. I have yoga right in the moring at 8:10 and my yoga teacher said not to eat anything before that class, I have 2 1/2 hour lecture ten min after my lecture and i don't time to get something from the cafeteria, then i have another i have another lecture after the first one and my day is over at 1:30 what should I do???????????

maybe take a readi prepared meal with you o your yoga class like a yogurt or a breakfast bar and eat it on the way to your lecture or just before you go in!!

Try to get into another Yoga class later in the day. Skipping meals is a bad idea. You can try getting up earlier and eat something so you wont be full for Yoga.

This may sound callous, but you may want to consider getting up a couple hours ealier so you CAN have breakfast before the yoga class. If you eat an hour or so before exercising, there will be no ill effects and your body will function better.

in general to stay in fit we have to eat five times at day. first to breakfast try with something light like a orange juice or a carrot juice before you yoga class and after it you can eat something else like a piece of bread.

put the yoga back to 8:10 PM, (you need your breakfast more than you need yoga at 8 am)

eat it when you feel like it. As far as not eating before your yoga class, your teacher is full of crap.
