These sites will cost you some money, there are prison specific sites also.
For relatives, you might try Yahoo Search with the Family surname and word FAMILY - it does bring up a ton of information about families. If someone is documenting the persons ancestry, you might find them and their relatives.

just go to google and type in backgrounbd searches..but you will have to pay...they cant give that stuff out unless you pay something for it
