This is so funny. I had a fight with my hated stepfather, on my birthday, during a camping trip, on exactly this subject - lol
He swore it was oatmeal, as was evidenced by his determination that everyone should enjoy the pot of it he'd cooked over a campfire in a cast-iron kettle.
I said it was Kellogg's Raisin Bran, because in spite of the sugar (much of which is due to the natural sugar in raisins) it still had more fiber and because it's got all those added vitamins and minerals, it was actually healthier for you. Plus oatmeal made me gag. I was 14 and had grown up on Sugar Smacks.
He argued that I couldn't "count" the vitamins because they were added into the cereal by spraying it with vitamin spray.
I told him I'd agree oatmeal was healthier if he could eat it without sugar AND figure out a way to remove the added vitamins and minerals from my Raisin Bran.
I think it depends on what your goal is. If it's to be "all natural" then the oatmeal. If you're a person who doesn't take vitamin supplements and who doesn't have a very healthy diet, I'd have to choose the Raisin Bran.

Old fashioned oatmeal. It takes a little more to cook it but read the label the raisin bran is loaded with preservatives and salt and sugar. The oatmeal fills you up all morning, the raisin bran is higher in calories and fat and your hungry again because of the sugar

One cup of Kellogg's raisin bran has 190 calories, 5 g of protein, 1.5 g of fat, 45 g of carbs, 7 g of fiber and 350 is given as the sodium measure (not sure how it is measured).
One half cup of cooked Quaker oatmeal has 150 calories, 5 g of protein, 3 g of fat, 27 g of carbs, 4 g of fiber and no sodium.
So I would say the oatmeal is healthier in some ways.
This site will help you sort out this kind of stuff. I hope this helps.

Old Fashioned Oatmeal. Raisin Bran has extra sugar that you don't need.
