Yeah---it gives it that little extra something that makes it more of a meal rather than a side dish.

Yes but make them with veggie burger and bread crumbs and italian seasoning and glue it all together with whipped up eggs.
Fry gently in canola oil. Use the wal mart traditional spaghetti sauce it just tastes better than the italian.

I wouldn't say meatballs. I just brown my ground beef and mix it all in with the spaghetti and the sauce.

Actually i dont, unless there vegetarian. i used too before i went veggie only, but its really hard to find goof veg meatballs... hmm.. imbeing stupid again arent i?
