I've had mine done twice, broke it when I was 5 and subsequently snore like a train now...also it was as wonky as anything. Yes it has helped with the 12:15 train from Dublin going through the bedroom but the fact its not quite as wonky now has made me much more confident about it. If yours is bothering you have it done. Vain or not its your face why shouldn't you have it the way you want. (and don't get it done on the NHS - that's why it took two attempts for me)

I had a nose job at 24, having been conscious of it since I was 13. My only regret is not doing it sooner.
Remember that a good surgeon will work with your face, so he will only give you a tiny feminine nose if your face will suit it. Even now, after surgery, my nose is still quite big (I asked for it like this), but it goes with my face and it is everything I dreamt it would be .
A surgeon performing rhinoplasty is altering your nose and only your nose, and as long as you remember that he has to work with the rest of your face, and do not have unrealistic expectations, it is a very fine idea to change something that you are unhappy with.
As I have said in previous answers though, the change to my face was subtle. But the change in my self confidence has completely changed my life.
Please email me if I can help you any more

Yes, go girl!
I fractured my nose when i was 12, ending up with a bump on it, i got bullied a bit at school. So I got it done when I was 15.
Im so glad I did.
I will warn you that it hurts like mad when you come round, you have big black eyes and generally like you have been in a car crash.
My mum had to make nose dressing out of sanitary towels to soak up blood and mucus. It sounds disgusting, it probably was.
But I would do it again, as long term it is about your happiness and confidence.

TYCLO! Turn your caps lock off! You're shouting!
RE: Your nose, well let's put it in my business! I knew (loved) a girl with a large nose at school, she had it done, but to me she didn't need it. I've always found them sooo sexy, and after all, Striesand kept hers.
At the end of the day, it's yours, and if you feel you want it done, go ahead. It's a very safe, tried and tested procedure, and there are very, very, very rarely any problems. Don't let fear of the operation stop you, and don't let fear of the result stop you either.
I've had sinus surgery, and the recovery was a little uncomfortable, but certainly not painful.
My girlfriend said the recovery for her was no big deal either.
The best of luck with whatever you decide.
Send me a picture of how it is now?

Get Nose Job surgery in India.Cosmetic and dental Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your Nose Job surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the Nose Job, facelift, liposuction through the forerunners healthcare.she is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.i personally have seen the wondeful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company.

Personally, I would never go for a nose job b/c if you get something done to it, it could end up even worse than it is. And my opinion is that, yeah, may be it has a little bump, but we all have something about ourselves that we dont like. I wouldn't risk it. People will like you for your personality and who you are, not your nose!
