By all means they are. It's time we the people hold them accountable for this travisty. That is why the minutemen group is growing by leaps and bounds. We should have troops placed at strategic places along our northern and southern borders. Anything less than this is breaking their responsibility set forth by the constitution. The cost for this could easily be covered by the decrease of illegals sponging off the government and occupying the prisons.

That's not really what the concept of 'rule of law' is all about - it is more the concept that the law applies equally to all, and it is consistently applied.
Not that you are wrong about the fedgov failing to have done its Constitutional duty in enforcing the immigration laws. It has failed to do so, and it has knowingly failed to do so. Just another example of the fedgov failing to live up to the contract [the constitution] we made with it to give it a few, well-defined powers.

I heavily doubt that "the policies of engagement" is the reason preserving the human beings from triumphing this conflict. The enemy needless to say is amazingly perplexing to % out until they actually attack -and whilst the troops try to get somewhat professional-energetic, the anti-conflict, laptop dimwits in this united states of america are throughout it - criminal representatives for the detainees, Geneva convention rights, alleged torture blown all out of share, humiliation of prisoners front internet site information etc. Face it, the liberals in this united states of america have thrown the towel in whilst it concerns the conflict in Iraq, and that they have carried out each and every thing they might to discredit the administration and policies with reference to the conflict. I heavily doubt that they even end to evaluate any attainable consequenses of loosing this conflict - and in the event that they do, their strikes point out that they are heavily in pick of expert help.

Absolutely. Close the border and then make legal immigration easier. We need the labor but let's come in the front door. George wants to help his oil company friends with Mexican labor cheap. This is true even to the peril of our National Security.

The government doesn't bring in the illegals and give them a place to live and a job. They come in here themselves, having to risk their lives to do it many times because.....here it comes....if they get caught by people who....yep, work for the US government, they get sent back. See, I knew you knew the answer.

Yes, the US government has admitted breaking the law.
It just doesn't care. The law doesn't apply to it, only to others.
