You only have one virginity which is a gift. I don't recommend giving it away to someone that you arent in love with and they dont return those same feelings. Eventually you will meet someone that you want to share your gift with. Until then I wouldn't do it to do it. Your first person will always be a part of you and you will have to carry them for as long as you live. Make sure its the right person its better than living with regret a few years from now.

I'd say it's not ok, but it all depends. For example I lost my virginity to my ex. I have been going out with Jason ( actual BF) for alomst i yr. He met me still a virgen. Last month I went for vacation to my grandma's , close to where my ex bf lives. I knew he'd around the neighborhood but i never intended on seeing him. Amywho, He was my first real BF...and when I saw him last month at my grandma's I felt fireworks all over the place. So I spent the rest of my vacations with my ex, needless to say that we had sex, and yes I cheated on my boyfriend with my ex. I lost my virginity to someone that I always wanted to be part of my life and that I really cared for. So it all depends if you really love him or if he's some one very important in your life....

Who you decide to give yourself to, regardless of it being the first time or not you should evaluate if this is someone you would want to have a kid with and if they are kind enough to cherish the body and soul you possess. Hormones are tricky and can just make you leap into things, believe you me it's not all its cracked up to be in the begining, talk it out learn more and then reconsider.

The best way to lose your virginity, not VIRGINATY is after the minister said, "I now pronounce you husband and wife." Not only it's the best way to remember it without regret, but it is with someone you truly love.

Is there a reason that it wasn't with your b/f?
Either way I dont think there is a problem with it unless you were with your b/f at the time (cheating), But if you just felt more comfortable with another person as opposed to some b/f you were with before then no. I think that you should lose your virginity to the person that you wanted to share that with and that your comfortable with.

depends on the level of importance that you give to the situation.. you either look at sex one of two ways...a sacred bond between two people, bound by the principles of religous ideal and morals.. or an act between two or more concenting people that through their normal human/animal instinct desire to engage in a perfectly anatomical friendly and fufilling action based on mutual attraction and craving....if you give a krap about what those in the first scenario believe...then I would probably restrain...because psychologically...it could be very tough to deal with their judgements...but if you could care less...go for it...have fun...but make sure you both use protection...you don't know who else the guy has been with and it would certainly be horrible to catch some kind of std on your first encounter

sure, if that's what u really wanna do & feel like u're ready for it then be my guest. just be aware that this is how u will remember ur first time forever and once it's gone, u can't get it back. u can lie of course, and say u still are when u aren't, but it's not the same.

That is totally up to you. If you feel comfortable and ready with whomever you choice, then go for it. But, I guess the real question is why do you feel the need to give it up now? Good luck with whatever decision you make, be SAFE!

No, Deana, it's not. IF you don't have a bf, then come to me.
I'm in california, too. And I haven't a gf.

I say yes, it's ok.. only if you are donig it just to "do it". But if you are doing it because you want to feel the feelings of love, then I would wait until you find someone you love, and they love you back. But if you're just looking to get it over with, then GO FOR IT!! :-D
