If you're a licensed driver check out a rental car company. A quick check of a one way rental from Washington DC to Tulsa turned up a $97 rate for two days. Even with gas it'll be cheaper than the bus, and a whole lot faster.

Another way you could try to get to Oklahoma is through Amtrak. If you decide to stay in coach, you will be responsible for paying for your meals but the prices are reasonable. You would leave from Washington, DC and first stop in Chicago. From Chicago you stop in Kansas City and from Kansas City, you would go to Oklahoma City and I am assuming that you go from Oklahoma City to the city of your choice in Oklahoma.
