It is a major felony in all jurisdictions to contaminate food or drink intentionally. If caught, you could spend the next 20 years in jail. Just tell the jerk to go away, or spill your drink on him. Do not poison the guy.
Additionally, some people die if they ingest some of the ingredients in Visine. You could receive a sentence of life in prison for that.

false! the active ingredent in eye drops that makes people have the squirts has been removed. i'm a bartender and have used the "eyedrop in drink trick" many times in the past to get obnoxious drunks out of my bar

It used to work. They used to use Phenolphalene in the mixture which is a very strong, well know laxative.
