where can I put my car for display if I want to sell it in Detroit area?

i from detroit so i know what im talkin bout. if u want to to sit somewhere without gettin a ticket u should put it in a store parking lot but first ask the owner if its ok. but it also depends on what type of car it is if if something like a monte carlo, cuttless or caprice u should but it on streets like 7 mile, joy rd, chicago so it gets out to the younger people cuz thats the age group thats driveing those types of cars right now. email me with price and the type of car and a pic if u got one too cuz im lookin for a car. I really do think there's someone working at the BP offices hired specifically to come up with ideas on "how to make us look like even bigger asses?" They've screwed up enough in the Gulf, they shouldn't be putting on a fireworks display...they should be using that money to fix the oil leak problem and clean up the mess.

i don't live in detroit, so i wouldn't know right off hand. however, you could display it on a road that has a lot of traffic with a sign stating price, specs, yr/model, contact info. you could also post it for free on www.craigslist.org under your city and "cars/trucks for sale" and attach pics.
