No religion is the correct one, and all religions have got it wrong. Christianity is one of the worst.
There are many major religions in the world, such as Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Judaism, and so on. Within each major religion there can also be many minor religions. For example, within Christianity there is Catholic, Protestant, Anglican and so on. Within Islam there is Shiite, Sunni etc.
In summary there are many hundreds of different religions in the world all with their devoted believers and followers. Talk to any devout religious person and they will almost emphatically insist that their religion is the right one, it’s fact, and any non-believer is doomed.
Commonsense and logic would suggest that if there was any truthful or factual basis to religion, then only one of these religions could be correct, not all of them. However, in my view, it’s highly unlikely that any of these man-made religions bear any resemblance to fact or the truth, and are more likely to be the result of simplistic human intelligence looking for an escape from reality.
Religion is responsible for the majority of wars, conflict and murder of innocent life since humanity began. The world would be a much happier and peaceful place if religion ceased to exist. Although there are some decent religious believers and preachers, they are unwittingly spreading evil around our world, and that they should simply keep their beliefs and thoughts to themselves in the best interests of humanity, or suffer the consequences for their actions.
People should consider that the world would be like Heaven if religion ceased to exist, but all the believers and preachers have turned the planet into Hell.

Okay, the Christian believe states that there is only one way into heaven and that is by accepting Jesus as God's son. Now, I can't say whether the other religions are good or bad because personally I have come across both good and bad people in every religion. I choose not to judge whether or not a person is going to heaven or hell because that is something that only God knows. Heaven and hell is not a belief in all religions so if a person does not believe that they exist, they wouldn't really care what you think about where they are going when they die. I will say that I feel that if a person tells someone that they are going to hell when they die they were wrong for voicing that opinion. It is not their place to judge others. God reserves that right and Him alone.

Not all of us think other religions are bad. In fact, we think they have a lot of good and right things, but we just don't think they are completely true nor are they the way to salvation. We disagree and seek to persuade others to a fuller understanding of God and spirituality, as we see it. Let me ask you this. If God is completely holy, righteous, and just as the bible declares and we are sinful and rebellious, how could God possibly accept us. He must judge us if He is good at all. To not do so would be to let lawbreakers run free.
Every other religion that believes in eternal life, mankind must be good enough to work his way to God. In biblical christianity it is by God's grace alone because Jesus came and took the just judgment that you and I deserve and He offers eternal life FREELY. He lived a sinless life, died in our place, took our penalty and then he rose again to prove it. So Jesus died for Muslims, Buddhist, Hindus and many others. The Question is will you take the Bible's word for what Jesus says about salvation? Will you trust what Jesus said? " I am the way the Truth and the Life, noone comes to the Father except through me".

The only way to heaven is through Christ Jesus. We get to heaven by faith and not works.
No matter how good people are everyone will admit they aren't perfect and they've done things that are wrong in the course of their lives. All fall short of the standard God set. God sent Jesus so that even if we're imperfect we can still get into heaven but it's a gift - something no one has earned. If you don't accept the gift then you're out of luck.

I don't want to offend you or anyone. But I must be honest. If Jesus said that He was the only way to God, I'm not going to lie to people and say it doesn't matter what you believe. Muslims, Buddhists and most Jewish people do not accept Jesus Christ as their savior. There is only one way to God, and that is by Jesus Christ. He made that statement, as recorded in the bible, John, chapter 14, verse 6.
I realize that many people don't believe that He said this...perhaps they don't believe that God is so "exclusive". But that is why Jesus died on the cross, to save us from our sins. If there was any other way, God would not have allowed His son to die like that. Jesus even prayed in the garden, "Father, if there is any other way". There was not. There is only one name under heaven by which any of us may be saved: the name of Jesus.

I must disagree with your co-workers. I'm a christian; that isn't what I believe. Therefore I must agree with you. People are ignorant to facts, no matter what religion or political party they are affiliated with.

I think all religious are good as long as they teach the word of God. Muslim, and the rest write their own bibles and I thank it is a sin against God because he said " Don't add or take away from my word." and then he say " woe unto you who know my word and don't do it." All religious are fine until they come away from the bible and write their own.

Bad is an understatement. Evil, wicked, abominable . . . I can't think of a negative superlative that is strong enough.
Think about it. There is truth, and everything else is error. False prophets and false religions literally murder people by keeping them away from the path that leads to life.
