Eat out for a week or two, and don't have anything in the fridge. He will soon stop his freeloading visits.
OR
Get a second refrigerator and hide it in a place other then your kitchen. Keep most of your food in that fridge, and only a pitcher of cold water in the kitchen fridge. DON"T tell the uncle where the second fridge is hidden.

Of course the way is to speak to him and tell him that everytime he comes over you have to replenish your fridge the very next day. Tell him honestly how your family is feeling and perhaps in futre he could bring some food over ? His eating habits alone is enough to cover the whole of your family, so you guys would appreciate if he could perhaps do some groceries some time. It should be your dad or mum who will have to say that....good luck !

Start sending him an invoice for groceries every week. He might get the picture.
Or have your mom make some really nasty crap for a whole week and you guys just eat out then when he asks why the food is gross - have your dad tell him that you cannot afford to feed him anymore.

Tell your dad to give his brother a shopping list the next time he shows up at the house. Tell him to tell his brother if he expects to eat someone needs to go get food and it is his turn to go. Sharing food is one thing, but mooching is quite another. I hope that the shopping list acts as a subtle hint that your family cannot afford to feed him on a regular basis.
Good luck!

If he comes over at a certain time, then make sure all of you have eaten dinner already, or make dinnertime later in the night.
I'm sure your uncle is telling his friends he has it made at your house eating for free!

Simple. your parents need to sit your uncle down and explain that while they like his company they cannot afford his continuous mooching and that he needs to by or pay for the groceries he eats while at your house or else he'll have to eat at home before and after visiting...
