The Qur'an has been printed since the 10th century CE and the number of copies presumably numbers hundreds of millions.
The christian bible is a distant second.

You know, the only time I have ever seen this in actual reviews was concerning the KJV.... and it was due to the literature not the content.

The printing press was invented in an area that you had to be Christian. Shocking that its the Bible.
