I think its because they bake the bread fresh every day and sometimes every hour. Haven't you ever noticed that no matter whats in between the bread as long as the bread is good your sandwich is the bomb!

I got news for everyone who thinks that everything there is fresh...most of it comes in a sealed bag already cut up and the bread comes frozen in boxes. If you like Subway, it's probably because either the sauces or the fact that you didn't have to take all that time to cut up the meat, cheese, and veggies yourself. The only things at Subway that is not already cut up and really is fresh is the onions, tomatoes, and the cucumbers. Sorry to burst your bubble. P.S. Quizno's has more fresh meats and veggies than Subway...I know all of this because I have worked at both places!

I think they put love in them. And the bread is good too. If you make your own bread and get fresh vegetables and meat from the grocery store deli it will be as good or better than Subway. Especially with Ken's Ranch dressing.

It has to do with your taste bud...you pick the ingredients you like and you think that Subway makes the best sandwiches.

Observe how the sandwiches are toasted, how they spread the condiments, arrange the meat and cheese as to fill every inch of your sandwich...you could do this at home!

I DO!

Subway is great, but Port of Subs has always been my favorite although there are none here. They had plenty of them where I grew up in Vegas, boy I miss those.

You know that spokesman for Subway- Jared; I heard that they make the special sauce that they use on the sandwiches from all the fat that Jared lost.

like 1 answer you pick the ingredients. but fresh bread makes it better. My only problem is they almost always get it wrong at and they have to ask you a lot of times & they can be very rude!

The key to good sandwiches is good bread.... and of course, quality ingredients, but mostly good bread.
