I'd like to know that myself... I think you should read something on flirting and body language. Body language tells a lot, much more than words...
I can only say look at him, smile at him, caress your hair or play with some little object when you are around him (a pen, your keys), make your voice and intonation sweet, compliment him, be always friendly and caring (always ask how he is, show interest for the things he does...), show happiness for seeing him, suggest things you can do together (things you both like), and the like...

Well I'm not for sure if you know the guy, but if you do you can ask him questions about things that are currently going on, talk about work, school, movies, and things like that. Always give him eye contact and appear intrested in what he's talking about.

Ask him to lunch, for his number, compliment his clothing, ask his opionion on any subject, tell him you need his help for something like car repair. Ask him out!!!
