You really need a meat thermometer. The exact time will vary a little depending on the size of the breast, how moist it is, etc. It's too easy to overcook chicken until it's dry and rubbery. The best way is to just cook it until the thermometer reads 175 or so (the FDA says 180, which I think is overkill).

I would recommend that you use a meat tenderizing mallot and even out the thickness of the breast, then pre-heat to 350, season and cook for about 10-15 minutes. the mallot will break down the flesh, and make is tender it also allows you to cook it faster without drying it out.
