Boar's Head sliced at the deli counter is the best. Remember--you get what you pay for! There are no bargains in lunch meat.

I don't know what the name of the brand is but the kind of cold cut I like is thinly sliced salami and thinly sliced colby/jack cheese straight from the deli. It taste so much better than prepackaged ones. It's fresher and at times cheaper too!

Boars Head is the best (but prob most expensive) and I like it fresh sliced. Seems fresher to me than prepackaged.
If Boars Head is not available in the supermarket or deli you're in, then Deitz and Watson is a good alternative.

Earl of gray, warm or chilly. Bigalow sort is maximum common. For a tremendous reaction on your question, that is advisable to attempt asking in Polls and Surveys, even with the undeniable fact that that is an unusual set of geese down there.
