man, i have 5.5 credits because of loss of credits due to missing school from sickness. im suppose to be a senior. i refuse to go back to a public school. i live in the sugar land area of texas. please help me out, im looking tto graduate before january or may of this year

Look into correspondence courses. There may even be a way to do it online these days.

study at home and take the final exams for your classes at school that way you won't have to go back and you can graduate if you pass the state board exams
