I understand how you feel. I actually come to this section to help people learn the truth about spiritual things, and hopefully guide them away from God and religion altogether so they can lead happier lives.
You should see some of the vulgar perverted sickening replies I receive from religious people, but then I understand that these people suffer from mental illness and lack of intelligence, and so, perhaps their behaviour, although irrational, has a rational explanation. I hope the following helps ease your pain and suffering, and switch off your email option - religious people can be very evil in their ways.
Atheists are more intelligent than religious believers.
My own observation and analysis of the various posters on Yahoo Answers clearly reveals that Atheists are without any doubt, far more intelligent, thought provoking, and capable of holding sensible debate compared to their religious counterparts.
My private research studies indicate that religious people tend to be below average intelligence, and also have a tendency to be more violent than non-believers. This also seems to be supported by profiling various YA religious posters.
Science suggests that religion is a mental illness and that religious people act irrationally because they are genetically predisposed to the “religious or spiritual” gene. Statistics indicate that the higher your education, income, and intelligence, the more likely you are not to believe in a god.
In general terms, this summarises as Atheists are intelligent and religious people suffer from madness.

First of all your pretty stupid to want answers to life questions on an internet site from people you dont' know.
Your not a victim your just not bright to do it. You need to ask deep questions to the people you love, religious leaders and other people you trust. Some people on here could say they're a pastor and they could be a pimp of some kind; you don't know.
Again, keep the questions light on here and dont' put your lifes trust into people you don't know. This generation is just way too open and trusting of the internet and those on it.

Take heart sweetie, you didn't do anything wrong. Everyone has their own individual faith walk in life, yours belongs to you and you alone. I've never understood how some people, who claim to be Christians, can show such hatred toward others. They should know better; that's not what Christ would do. I believe that you should always show love to you "neighbor" just as Jesus did, and that my dear, is all the preaching you will get from me! :) Have a Blessed day!!!

And consider the source....I read the question that got you into trouble and you can seek truth for yourself, they will just try to attack you when you try to do it...
I came out of the fundamentalist church years ago and they attacked me too, telling me I was following the devil....The confusion was mind wrenching at the time, but today I have complete confidence to know that I have done the right thing....They can only blow smoke....Don't be afraid of them.

Don't worry mj I get it every day too. You must have hit a nerve with something that you said. People don't like it when something does not agree with their own personal version of reality. Its like that see anything that does not agree with their thought system as an attack on it.
