Bf recently told me that he didn't love me anymore and hasn't for two years now, we've been together for 5. He said he is moving to NC, at first he told me he was going to go and I was sad, then he said I couldn't go. Then he kept changing his mind. Two nights ago he told me he didn't love me anymore. When I asked him why did he tell me everyday numerous times that he did when I never said anything. He said that he felt guilty and he would appologize and tell me he loved me to keep the peace, even when I would just go into another room and just watch tv. After he told me he didn't anymore, he told me he loved me a few times after that, when I didn't say it back, he kept telling me. I asked why, he said because he does like a friend. And not in that way. Then he asked if he could hold my hand on the way home. Is this normal?
Men, is it possible to be with someone for 5 years and not love them for two, at age 20 with no kids with the girl and not married. He was going to leave before

and he told me the same thing, that he didn't love me. After a month of that, he completely turned around and didn't want to move out because he did love me. What is going on?
We had make up sex the other night, and during it he held me super close to him during the act and told me how much he loved me, and how close to me he felt like this right now.
Is that too far to go to just 'keep the peace'? what is going on with him guys?

Well sorry, i'm not a man, but the answer is quite clear. He is playing with your emotions hun. You do not deserve that crap! Drop him, and don't look back. It will hurt at first, but you'll find someone way more worthy than he is.

he's playin with head and he is just using you for the sex
ask him to have a sit down with you and talk about it -- look him in the eye and you should know if you feel love coming from him-- I went through the same thing -- I was pretending to love someone I didn't for about a year and I was in the relationship for three -- I thought it was love at first but then it boring-- just talk to him

He is just using you for sex and a room mate. that's all. You should have moved out after the first time he said this, it was a clue.
He's a fricken looser, drop him and date all of his friends, it's ok.

I would move on girlie, he's playing games...I'm sure he "loves" you, but not the way you need him to...it's prob more of a convenience thing for him right now.
