I'm a car dealer so if i were to purchase a 97 stratus i would probably go to an auction and get one for around 1500. Not many people have that ability however. Dealers ask around 3000 for this car. So if u listed it for about 2500, I'll bet that you will get somewhere near asking price. Easily above $2200.

I don't think anybody would want a 1997 dodge stratus anyway it's almost a decade old. Try the junk yard.

we have a 1997 Mercury sable with a lot of miles and we gave $2,500 and it looked brand new but i have seen a 1997 ford Taurus wagon with only 20,000 miles on it go for $9,000 at (nice cars) but i wouldn't give more then $2,000 for it and it would have to be in good shape because a 97 is almost 10 years old. and it loses value each year

My answer to your question is to go to "Kelley Blue Book" online, there you can put the options, exact mileage as well as many other factors, like what model and edition. From the "YAHOO" home page there is a link to kelley blue book, under "AUTO" and follow the link, Good Luck!

you should look at what others in your area are trying to sell it for. A good place to see comparable prices is autotrader.com
I never use bluebook because it doesn't account for the market price. You want to know what people are actually listing for.
I always list my cars on autotrader and they normally sell w/in one month or less.
