i tried it and it was a slight lose in inches, they measure you before and after but it was water weight for me
they said try on smaller size pants when i got home and i did hoping...and it didnt give me those kinda results...
the lady said if i bought the 10 body wrap package thats when the real results would show up but i dont have that kinda money to throw away
when she saw there wasnt really a weight loss she changed her sales pitch to how the wrap helped to detoxify me
there is no easy way to lose those last extra lbs

RE:
Anyone try the body wrap?? Do you really lose weight?
I am thinking about trying the body wrap thing. I was looking up some information about it on the internet before I do try it and I was wondering if anyone has tried it? If yes, did you really lost weight? How much did you lose? When you first tried it how much did you lose? Does the weight stay...

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

I just tried it for the first time last night. You don't lose weight with the wraps just inches. The point of the wrap is to force the body to relinquish toxins that have built up under your skin. We take in toxins through preservatives in food and pollutants in the air. Wraps also tighten the skin. I lost 11 & 7/8 total inches from different parts of my body. If you are healthy prior to the wrap: eating good food & drinking lots of water, you will have better results. Remember to also hydrate after the wrap.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

All it does is makes you sweat. Sweat out a pound of water...and you'll weigh a pound less....and be thirsty.
Try running. It will take about the same amount of time (30 to 45min a day) as a wrap, it is free, and the weight loss is FAT rather than sweat. Actually, its a combo of fat AND sweat since most people sweat when they run.
Good luck!

whatever you lose is water weight, which comes right on back. its really only a good method for weight loss if you are trying to cinch in an inch or two for a special event. better to work from the inside with a real life style change.

After reading this I really want to share something because I spent several years jumping from diet to diet without seeing any results until I came across Pams magic plan (google it). It is without a doubt the most weight loss that I have ever had and I have kept it off to this day.
