Plane departure time is when they EXPECT to CLOSE the doors in preparation to DEPART from the GATE where you enter the plane.

Gates are Usually closed 30 mins before the established departure time. For International flights you usually won't make the filght if you arrive between 30-45 minutes prior to plane departure time because of the security checks, and also in some cases distance from check-in to the departure gate can easily by a 20 minute trip.

Planes are given WINDOWS for departure and missing that window can mean lengthy delays, especially at larger airports.

It's 12:25 am (after midnight). The departure time is the time the airplane will pull out from the gate. The arrival time is the time the wheels touch down on the runway. Final boarding call is usually 10 minutes prior to departure.

00:25 is 25 minutes after midnight. That would be the time the plane pulls away from the gate.

I am not sure I understand your question ie: 0:25??? but normally if it is not an international flight you MUST be checked in 20 minutes prior to the flight departure or they have the right to give your seat away. If it is an internationaly flight I think that time is extended but I don't remember how long. I want to say an hour.

The rest of the world operates on the 24 hour clock, so do airlines. 00:00 is midnight and so on. 23:00 is 11:00 pm.

The departure time listed on the ticket is the time the aircraft pushes away from the gate.

That is their estimated time of departure (probably closing gates and pushing back). However for most flights you should check in 2 hours early (which isn't long considering security checks and all)
