She has tolerated chicken, beef, and fish well, we havent tried pork yet. If I cut them up really tiny I would worry about choking, but has anyone heard of babys having allergic reactions to it? Cause my baby is allergic to eggs.

Go for it! My 13 mth old eats everything. As long as it's small enough and there is no egg product in it you should be good. To be safe, don't try anything else new for a few days so if there is an allergic reaction you can pick up on it.

I also have a 13 month old and I would try breakfast sausage, just like the others make sure its in little pieces but be careful of the fat content I dont think those things are all that healthy for anyone. Good yes healthy not so much.
Good luck

Do you really want to give your child sausages? Nutritionally they are garbage food. Sometimes they do put fillers in sausages, salt, man made chemicals and alot of nitrates. Nitrates interfere with red blood cell production by taking away oxygen in the bloodstream. The first 5 years of a childs' life are important especially brain growth. Stick to wholesome foods and avoid processed.

I think breakfast sausage is a little too spicy for a baby. You should try unseasoned pork instead. JMO. Plus sausage is very greasy and fattening with not much nutrional value.

I wouldn't give them the spicy kind but the mild one should be okay but cut up in small bite size pieces. Then wait a few days to see if they have any type of adverse reaction.

Just try it.You will not know if she allergic or not until you do.My 13mth old eats sausage patties. You don't have to break it into little pieces anymore she should already know how to pick it up and bite off of it.

I wouldn't go for sausage, did you check the ingredient list? Who knows what kind of stuff they put in there. All those chemicals can't be good for her. For such a young child, you are best to get them simple, less processed foods.

it's good that you baby enjoy those type of food, but have you ever thought that these type of foods are high in fat and calories? remember that he is only 13 months. he should be eating healthy food for breakfast. there are to many babies that are going through obesity. just a thought.
