It sounds like they want you to keep better track of your meds.

Are you currently on medication for anything? If so, for it to be effective, you need to take the prescribed dosage on a regular basis. Otherwise, you can still have symptoms show up, which may have been a factor in your hospitalization.

If you have questions, though, or are still unsure, it's okay to call back to the hospital and ask for clarification. And, if you're unsure about meds, most places have a way to contact an emergency worker just to make sure the medication isn't doing you any harm.

Good luck.

Quite honestly, your question is barely coherent, and seems more like a stream of consciousness rather than a question. This is common for people experiencing a psychotic episode, but also could indicate poor language skills.
Since you spelled "psychiatric evaluation" perfectly, I can only assume that in your normal healthy state you are highly literate, educated, and possibly very intelligent. Therefore, it's likely that you're having some kind of psychotic breakdown.
We know nothing about your situation other than you have been given an involuntary psychiatric evaluation, which included blood work (presumably to test for medications that you're supposed to be taking, or for illegal substances). Given these facts, I think you need to comply with the doctors, accept their diagnosis, and work on getting yourself better. You are not mentally healthy right now, but you can be, if you let others help you.

Talk to your doctor.
Go to the drugstore and get yourself those little boxes with the days of the week on them to keep each days' supply of meds in them. Check this website: http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?CATID=100598&navAction=jump&navCount=0&id=prod1034619
Then, you can just look to see if you have forgotten anything! Get boxes big enough to put all of your meds in. I use one for the AM and one for the PM. It really helps - I OD'd on presciption tranx one time because I didn't remember taking it that evening. Now, with my boxes, I don't OD and I don't miss meds.

sounds like they are checking you for something serious,gov-just relax and co-operate especially in the matter of taking your medications as if there is something seriously wrong you will it to alleviate the symptoms-mental illness is now re cognised as a disease that happens to people and it is your duty to do your bit by co-operating

I would ask the doctor. Don't pay attention to Jessiekat, she obviously has some issues. You can report her like I did. She is mean.
